Unlike other supply houses, we have a full functioning state of the art “Live Fire” training room equipped with the products we carry to give you a real and authentic experience.
Our hands-on sessions create the opportunity for you to try out different approaches with different products before meeting with your customers to ensure the service you provide is satisfactory. During training we present the chance for our customers to ask important questions from real life situations and discuss solutions that can be utilized in future predicaments. Our trainers also make it possible for our sessions to be completely customizable to fit your needs, as well as maintaining flexibility to work with your schedule. Nancy Overview
Nancy Imhoof, our Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC Sales Manager, is the brains behind our training modules. She is our lead trainer and the best source for product knowledge and support in the industry.
She began her career in plumbing working as an apprentice, jumped over to the HVAC install department and quickly worked her way up to become the director.
Since joining the SNE Team in 2009 and running her first training module shortly after, she has been a very important staple in our efforts to provide all our customers with top tier training. Her enthusiasm to teach and spread knowledge on all that she has learned throughout the years is unmatched.
Nancy conducts all training sessions with a tremendous amount of professionalism and encourages our customers to dig deeper into each topic to better their own understanding of the products and the proper way to utilize them.
